Um…..okay, actually we didn’t. What happened was – Truthout, one of our more progressive employers, sent this message to the office:
Hi Shannon,
Hope things are well! Just want to let you know that, starting this May, we’re going to give people May 1 off for May Day/International Workers Day. People who work that day will get a comp day to use when they wish.
