A majority of your staff employees have formed a union and affiliated with the United Media Guild – CWA. The Guild hereby requests recognition and is prepared, if necessary, to demonstrate that support either through a Card Check by a mutually agreed third party or by filing for an election with the National Labor Relations Board. Please respond by Monday, September 19, 2022. If I have not heard from you by then, I will go ahead and file with the NLRB.
